Geneviève Caston

Geneviève Caston is the Director of Resettlement, Asylum and Integration for International Rescue Committee UK. She has 17 years’ experience providing refugee services globally, both in humanitarian and resettlement contexts. Notably, Geneviève spent 7 years delivering reception and employment support for refugees under the US Refugee Admissions Program, Geneviève delivered capacity building support to new resettlement countries in Europe and led transnational and EU best practice exchanges to improve refugee integration. Since 2021, Geneviève has overseen IRC’s integration programming in the UK.
